Cancellation must be in writing and will only be accepted up until 7 days prior to the event date. If the cancellation is received at least 7 days prior to the event, a full refund will be issued. If cancellation is made less than 7 days prior to the event, or you fail to cancel, you will still be charged the full amount even if you do not attend the event, but you will be entitled to a copy of the seminar papers and to view a video of the seminar on our website.
